Ever find yourself sipping your favorite cocktail, you know the type – ice cold with a sweet smell, potent yet perfectly blended, and flavors that leave you wanting more, more, more? Well, whether shaken or stirred, sweet or savory, there’s a certain magic when it comes to mixology.
And when you combine tried and tested street flavors with tequila, you can’t go wrong. Bring on the pani puri margarita. We found this one at Vermilion in New York. One sip and you’ll be reminded of roadside vendors peddling delicious wares, before you’re hit with that flavorful, brain-tripping margarita jolt.
We find this the perfect drink for hot summer days, when a little spice inside matches the heat outside.
