Holi is the Indian festival of color. This year it falls on Saturday, March 19th.
In celebration, we got celebrity chef, Gurpareet Bains, to cook up a Holi menu that’s both colorful and good for you.
Starter – Chilled Yogurt Soup with Black Rice and Potato (Indian Gazpacho)
Main – Green Cilantro Chicken and Saag Paneer (without the added fat and cholesterol)
Sweet – Ras Malai in a Jiffy (with very little fat)
